Stella Obialor

Stella is the Chief Operating Officer at VIISAUS, where she leads operational strategy, business performance, and the firm’s people ecosystem across its Nigeria and United Kingdom operations. With over twenty-five years of experience spanning project delivery, human capital leadership, organisational transformation, and operational scale-up, she brings a rare combination of strategic foresight and executional discipline.

As COO, Stella oversees the design and implementation of enterprise systems, governance frameworks, and performance architecture that enable VIISAUS to deliver consistent impact and client value. Her leadership has been central to the firm’s growth into a data-driven, globally capable advisory and technology partner. She has strengthened internal culture, enhanced cross-functional collaboration, and elevated standards of delivery across teams and projects.

Before assuming her current role, Stella advanced the firm’s human capital agenda as Head of HR and Administration, where she developed scalable workforce models, introduced best-in-class HR practices, and significantly improved employee engagement and retention. Her earlier experience in broadcast and print media, hospitality, and manufacturing established her reputation for driving measurable change and leading high-stakes organisational initiatives.

Stella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management. She is accredited as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
