Naomi Nwosu
Partner/Co-founderNaomi is a Co-Founder of VIISAUS and an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience across the British and Nigerian financial sectors. Her career has spanned management, business development, relationship management, and operations, with a consistent record of driving organisational growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Guaranty Trust Bank (UK) Limited, Naomi managed the bank’s country office in Lagos, where she built the business from inception into a profitable subsidiary. Her leadership and strategic insight later earned her elevation to Head of Client Services at Guaranty Trust Bank (UK) Limited, where she oversaw client engagement and service operations for the institution’s UK branch.
Alongside her corporate career, Naomi has maintained a strong commitment to social impact, particularly within the non-profit and development space. Her long-standing interest in child-centred causes was deepened during her years in the United Kingdom, where she actively worked and fundraised for organisations such as The Children’s Trust charity. She currently serves as the National Director and Chief Executive Officer of Special Olympics Nigeria, where she leads initiatives that promote inclusion, empowerment, and opportunity for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Naomi holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Zoology from the University of Lagos. At VIISAUS, she continues to bring her expertise in leadership, social innovation, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the firm’s impact across both private and public sector projects.
