Chioma Obiokolo

Chioma is the Head of Digital Transformation at VIISAUS and an accomplished product leader with over a decade of experience building technology-driven solutions across sectors including government, education, and enterprise innovation. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to leveraging technology to simplify processes, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable impact.

At VIISAUS, Chioma leads digital transformation initiatives that extend beyond modernising systems to driving mindset shifts and long-term organisational change. Her work integrates strategy, innovation, and human-centred design to strengthen the firm’s delivery across its data and technology practice areas.

In 2020, Chioma co-founded EdQuest, a digital learning platform that helps millennials and Gen Z audiences explore Nigerian history and culture through short quizzes and micro-learning courses. Under her leadership, EdQuest grew from concept to a thriving community of over 20,000 active learners.

Chioma holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Benin and is an alumna of the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. She is a certified Product Manager with the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM) and a member of the British Computer Society, The Chartered Institute for IT.
