Affiong serves as the Head of People and Culture at VIISAUS where she is passionate about creating workplaces that balance performance with empathy. With over a decade of HR consulting and leadership experience, she has worked with global firms such as Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, supporting organisations to design people strategies that drive growth, innovation, and employee engagement. Affiong holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, Scotland, and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and a Graduate Member of the CIPD (UK).
